Massage rollers are one of the modern techniques used for muscle recovery, muscle rehabilitation and especially for the rehabilitation of muscle fascia. Proper muscle function largely depends on the supply of fresh blood and the nutrients it contains. By compressing/massaging the muscles and muscle fascia located on the surface of the muscles, tension is released and harmful substances are subsequently flushed away. Repeating this process improves blood circulation/cleansing and helps accelerate the recovery of muscles and muscle fascia.
Classic massage is very effective, but only “self-massage” with a massage roller allows the patient/user to best identify which part of the body hurts and which area needs to be massaged/rolled. This provides maximum relief and supports the recovery of strained parts of the body.
The roller is designed to imitate stimulation/massage. It is made of high-quality, long-lasting EPE.
